16.00-20.00 Grilling and Tasting

During the meeting, professional grill chef and BBQ virtuoso - Artūras, will bring everyone together to taste marbled beef, lamb, chicken, pork and other grilled dishes, which we will prepare on one of the leading brands in the world - Napoleon grills.

You will hear from an expert how to prepare and grill different dishes, which spices to choose, and you will hear answers to all your questions.

17.00 Rock n Rubs spices and THE SAUCE sauce delivery

Presentation of the seasoning line of the world grill champion from Germany, Marco Greulich. All spices are made in Germany. Gluten, flavor enhancers and preservatives are not used in their production.

THE SAUCE - delivery of sauce from Holland. We will reveal the secrets of how to give originality to the taste of your BBQ!

18.00 The Pepper Queen - Delivery of Kampot pepper from Cambodia

Do you know the difference between black, white and red pepper? Have you ever tasted fermented or freshly salted pepper? It's time to find out and, of course, taste! Rūta, who is called the pepper queen, will not only introduce you to the types of Kampot peppers, tell you how and where they are grown, but together we will prepare an exclusive and unique pepper sauce for steak.

19.00 COBB barbecues. Top recipes and tips. Announcing the winner

If you haven't heard about this multi-functional portable barbecue, you must, because even the Lithuanian basketball players Jonas Valančiūnas and Rokas Jokubaitis have already tested its advantages.

We will cook pork schmot, smoke fish, and gain not only theoretical but also practical knowledge. We will also invite you to participate in a mini competition and demonstrate your skills on Cobb. Bring your grill and surprise yourself with the most delicious pancake recipe.
