Growing up the story begins in 2016, when the owner of the company creates the first wood-burning outdoor stove. The creator says that like every self-respecting Alsatian (a region in the east of France), I wanted to rediscover the perfect and unique taste of food cooked in a wood-burning outdoor stove.  In food production, I wanted to introduce innovations compared to standard grills, barbeques, barbecues or traditional planchas.

Growing up stoves and fireplaces provide an opportunity to discover world cuisines and enjoy unique culinary experiences while cooking outdoors, completely safely and at any time of the year. The prepared dishes will be healthy, juicy, without excess fat and, of course, will acquire a perfectly mild aroma of campfire smoke.
