It is worth knowing that electric grills have a non-stick grill coating, so there is almost no need to use any additional fat, and it also melts about 40% or more of the fat of the meat being fried. For this reason, athletes have become fond of this type of barbecue: the meat grilled in this way is less fatty, but retains a large amount of protein.

If you want to add a smoky flavor to your food, use fire herbs, wood blocks or a smoking cylinder that must be filled with wood chips, pellets or other aromatic additives. Also, electric grills have cooking surfaces that distribute heat evenly, and the temperature is easily controlled, so, for example, a steak will be cooked evenly - without burnt or undercooked areas. The only aspect that should be considered is this: if you want to take an electric barbecue with you on a trip, to a camping site, think carefully - where you will travel, there must be an electrical outlet, so grilling food in nature will be more complicated than at home. It can be said that an electric grill is most convenient in winter - when you don't want to stick your nose outside, and your heart doesn't allow you to refuse delicious grilled food.

Care does not require special attention. Electric grills have an easy-to-select grease collection system with a tray: if the tray is replaceable, you just need to replace it with a new one when it's full, and if the tray is reusable, you just need to wash it - even in the dishwasher.
