The afternoon of July 3rd at our grill center was a bit different than usual – people flocked to the store wanting to hear not only advice on how to choose a grill, but also interesting messages about olive oil, salt and pepper.
Our grill expert Audrius Blinstrubas told the guests of the event how to choose the most suitable grill according to their needs, revealed the differences between electric, coal and gas grills, and listed their advantages and disadvantages.



Liana also debunked a myth about frying - olive oil is indeed good for frying. According to her, it is important to pay attention to acidity when choosing olive oil for cooking. The lower the acidity, the more antioxidants will be in the same oil, which will prevent the formation of dangerous carcinogens during cooking.
