You will need:
- 8 apricots (not overripe)
- 1 handful of rosemary
- 50 g of sugar
A simple but wonderful dessert.
In the kitchen:
Wash the apricots and cut them in half.
Select the four best sprigs of rosemary and use them as skewers, threading four apricot halves onto each sprig.
Reserve one extra sprig of rosemary.
Grilled:
Prepare the grill for direct cooking - approximately 200 ºC. Add an extra sprig of rosemary to the grill for two minutes. Then peel the leaves and mix them with sugar.
Place the skewers on the grill. Cook for 5 minutes with the lid closed, turning only once.
Sprinkle sugar over the skewers before serving.
