INGREDIENTS
- 4 apples
- 50 g of raisins "Sultanas"
- 25 ml of rum
- 50 g of butter
- 50 g of oatmeal
- 50 g of light brown sugar
- 50 g of marzipan
- 50 g of cream
In the kitchen:
Mix raisins with rum in a jar and soak for at least 10 minutes.
Cut the bottom of the apples so that the bottom is smooth. Then cut off the top of the apples and scoop out the insides, just being careful not to poke holes in the bottom.
Cut the marzipan into small pieces.
Grilled:
Prepare the grill for indirect cooking, approximately 180°C.
Melt the butter in an aluminum pan over direct heat and add the oatmeal and sugar. Stir constantly until everything caramelizes.
When the caramel is ready, add the marzipan pieces, pour the cream and add the raisins. Mix everything and put it inside the apples with a spoon and put the cut tops of the apples on top.
Put the prepared apples in Weber roasting pan. Cook over indirect heat for about 30 minutes.
