A great recipe - beef tenderloin steak - recommended by our friend, Lithuanian bbq champion Nerijus Ižganaitis!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg beef tenderloin
- 2-3 sprigs of fresh thyme
- 2-3 tablespoons of honey
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika powder
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground 5 types of pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 pcs. kiwi
- 1 tablespoon of flour
PREPARATION
Cut the beef tenderloin into 2-3 cm thick steaks. Place and mix chopped thyme, honey, smoked paprika powder, chopped garlic, pepper, mustard, oil, salt in a container. Then add the peeled and mashed kiwis. Rub the beef tenderloin with this marinade and leave it at room temperature for about 40 minutes.
Bake the marinated steaks for 9-12 minutes at a temperature of 250 degrees on the grill, in a pan or in the oven.
