Classic and gourmet bruschetta according to BBQ chef Andreas Rummel

For your court - classic bruschetta and gourmet bruschetta. Easy to prepare Italian toast recipes - according to BBQ champion Andreas Rummel. How long will you last? Just 20 minutes.

Classic bruschetta

You will need:

  • 12 slices of bruschetta (French baguette) (about 1 cm thick)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 pieces of mozzarella cheese
  • 15 basil leaves
  • Salts
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 3 years sh. olive oil

Production:

Grill the bruschetta slices on both sides. Rub the garlic into one side of the bruschetta.

Finely chop the tomatoes, mozzarella and basil. Mix in a bowl, sprinkle the mixture with salt, pepper and drizzle with olive oil.

Spread the mixture on the toasted bruschetta and wrap - it turned out great.

Bruschetta with guacamole and corn

You will need:

  • 1 corn cob
  • 50 g of unsalted butter
  • 12 slices of bruschetta (French baguette) (about 1 cm thick)
  • 3 avocados
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 lime juice
  • Tabasco sauce (to taste)
  • Salts
  • Freshly ground pepper

Production:

Brush the corn on the cob with butter and bake for about 10 minutes in indirect heat at 180 °C. Flip a few times until grill marks are visible.

While the cob is cooking, also grill the bruschetta slices.

Cut and pit the avocados, place in a bowl. Peel and press a clove of garlic. Add lime juice to the mixture, Tabasco sauce and a little salt. Mix until the mass becomes smooth.

Spread the guacamole directly on the toasted bruschetta. Cut the corn off the cob with a sharp knife, sprinkle with salt and pepper and place on top.

If you want a more filling snack, add some tomatoes and herbs.
