You will also cook large pieces
For the COBB grill "not scary" is a larger piece of neck, a few kilos of chicken, fish or a smaller turkey.

Even on the Premier model, using promotion and stopover, you will cook a whole chicken. Elevation increases the volume of the grill, so a chicken or other larger piece can be grilled or smoked in an upright position.

It will take at least a few hours to cook a several kilogram chicken. Place at least 12 briquettes in the pan, cook a 1.5 kg marinated chicken on a stand for at least 1.5 to 2 hours.
It is best and most reliable not to count the time, but to monitor the internal temperature of the fried chicken meat with COBB thermometer – the minimum internal temperature of safely cooked poultry (excluding the breast) must reach 78 °C, and brisket – 75 °C. The internal temperature of fully overcooked and falling-off-the-bone poultry is 87 °C. The most important thing is not to overcook, i.e. i.e. watch the temperature and don't cook too long to keep the food juicy.
How does cooking on a COBB grill differ from the conditions created by an oven? You should follow the same principle as when baking in a home oven – the heat is burning. The only difference is that the COBB grill does not adjust the cooking temperature as precisely as in a home oven, and there is no need to adjust it.
The COBB with the universal baking plate becomes an indirect baking oven at around 200 °C. The most important thing is not to forget to add a full load of briquettes, and if you need a lower heat than usual – load the herd incompletely. Compared to a home oven, COBB has the advantage of being able to smoke a variety of foods.

Smoking
In any COBB grill, you can easily smoke or easily smoke both meat and fish. All you will need is this pieces of wood, shavings or dust. If you want to add a smoky flavor to your meal, throw the water-soaked chips directly onto the coals or briquettes, cover and leave for at least ten minutes. Wood pieces will smoke significantly longer.

COBB grills can also smoke food completely. Smoking dust or moistened shavings wrap in a foil packet, prick 10 with a toothpick–15 holes and place the package on the coals. A thick, aromatic smoke will start to smoke from the package prepared in this way after 5 minutes. Such intense smoking with one pack will last 30–40 minutes
Bake all year round
COBB grills made of stainless steel are irreplaceable in nature: they are not "afraid" of water, they are resistant to any weather conditions, and thanks to the non-heating body, they can be easily transported to another place. This makes grilling on the yacht, beach, lake, riverside, balcony, terrace or forest within easy reach.

However, for those who spend a lot of time in nature fishing, hunting or otherwise spending their free time, double walls would be useful tourist kettle, adapted to COBB Premier models. With it, you can quickly and easily boil water for coffee, tea, cocoa, or maybe heat up hot wine or another winter drink.

COBB grills also have specials bags - they are convenient to carry with you everywhere. Jump in the trunk, go kayaking, or cook lunch in a snowy shelter.
