Gas grills
Gas grills are the most popular, the most loved by both BBQ enthusiasts and professionals - the most impatient. These grills are easy to set up: gas grills heat up really quickly, so you can start grilling in just 5-10 minutes.
If your gas grill has more than one burner, you can cook a wide variety of products at different temperatures. This advantage is useful for those who like to grill different foods at the same time, for example vegetables and meat. If you have a side burner, you can add a side dish or sauce without having to go to your home kitchen.
Gas barbecues are most suitable for outdoor use: on the terrace, in the garden, in the farmhouse. The fuel is liquefied or natural gas only. If the grill is portable, it will also be useful in the countryside, on trips and outings: fishing, hunting. All you need is a gas cylinder and fresh food - then you're guaranteed a masterful dinner!
It's also worth knowing that these grills are really easy to cook with - even the least experienced amateur can do it. Why? Gas grills are really like a stove: you just have to light the burner, leave the food to cook, and turn off the burners when it's cooked. Gas grills also maintain a constant cooking temperature, so any food will cook evenly without losing its juices, so adjusting and maintaining the grill's heat won't take much time.
It is true that gas grills will not give you the same consistent and distinct smoky aroma as a charcoal grill, but you should not be disappointed. There are also advantages: gas grills not only generate smoke but also allow you to control the intensity of the smoke. The strong aroma of natural smoke is not suitable for everything and everyone, but where food needs a specific natural smoke aroma, wood blocks, fire herbs or a smoke generator cylinder filled with wood chips and other flavouring additives can be used. For hot or cold smoked fish or meat, the same cylinder can be used for hot smoking and a smoke generator for cold. The intensity and duration of the smoke in the gas grill can be controlled with one of the gas burners of your choice, so that for both long smoking and short, quick smoke flavouring, you will always be ready with the smoke generator and smoking chips. The most important thing is that gas grills have lids when smoking fish or meat.Filter
