For example, WEBER makes Flavorizer Bars, which are angled to collect dripping fat. Evaporating fat gives the food a distinctive smoky smell, and before it has time to evaporate, the fat drains into the tray of the grease collection system without touching the burners, thus reducing the risk of fire. Also, the latest WEBER grills have the option of integrating the iGrill temperature module in the body and sensors that are controlled via Bluetooth. The sensors allow you to monitor the temperature of the food being cooked on your phone, in a special app, even if you walk away from the grill at a distance of 10 meters. WEBER is also proud of its hardwood charcoal briquettes: they are 100% natural, without added chemicals, and they are distinguished by the fact that they can burn for a particularly long time.
