How much does delivery cost?
The price of goods delivery in Lithuania starts from 3.99 EUR. Please note that delivery to the Curonian Spit is always paid - after ordering, the manager will contact you and specify the delivery price.
The price of delivery to Latvia starts from 9.99 EUR.
Who delivers the goods?
We use DPD courier services. Shipments are usually delivered within 1 business day of dispatch, but delivery time may depend on shipment size, weight, recipient address, and other logistical circumstances. The DPD rules state that shipments in Lithuania are delivered in accordance with the delivery procedure and conditions set by them, valid from 04/01/2026.
Important for heavier shipments
DPD allocates delivery to the address and to the door.
Delivery to the address means that the courier arrives at the nearest safe place where he can get to, and the recipient unloads the package and takes it away on his own.
Delivery to the door means that the package is unloaded and brought to the door of the living quarters or office, and in some cases it can be brought inside.
If the weight of the shipment exceeds 25 kg, or the shipment is large, its delivery may be subject to special DPD conditions. In such cases, if no additional cargo service is ordered, the shipment can only be delivered to the address, and the recipient takes care of its unloading and removal. When ordered outsourced loading works (UKD) service, heavier shipments may be delivered to the door, depending on the weight and the ability to use loading equipment.

How long does it take for you to ship the items?
If we have the goods in stock, we usually prepare the order within 1 working day. If the goods need to be ordered from suppliers, the preparation of the order may take 2-3 working days.
