The recipe of Nerijaus Ižganaitis, multiple prize winner and winner of the Lithuanian grill championships, participant of the European and World barbecue championships - beef tenderloin steaks with red wine and herb marinade!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg beef tenderloin
- 2-3 sprigs of fresh thyme
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 1 tbsp. ground 5 types of pepper
- 2 hours berry oil
- 1 glass of red wine (semi-dry)
- 1 pinch of salt (sprinkle on cooked meat)
PREPARATION
Cut the beef tenderloin into 2-2.5 cm thick steaks. Add chopped thyme, rosemary, pepper, olive oil and red wine to a container. Mix well and marinate the beef tenderloin steaks in this marinade. It is recommended to leave them in the refrigerator for marinating for 4-6 hours. Grill the steaks for 5-6 minutes at a temperature of 250 degrees. When cooked, sprinkle with salt and leave to ripen for a couple of minutes.
