Usage:
- Establishment: Tanning sticks are placed at the bottom of the inner container, in the central part. Briquettes / COBB Cobblestone tablets are placed on top of them in a removable tray. Lighted matches ignite the selected fuel. After the fuel burns out (the coal becomes white, no longer emits smoke), the selected planes can be placed and the tooth covered. We recommend leaving the cooking surface for heating and only then placing the selected meat, fish or vegetables on the grill. If you choose briquettes, you can cook after ±15 minutes, Cobblestone - ±5 minutes.
- Baking: can be baked in "dry" and "wet" ways. Dry roasting is a common method of grilling. When baking wet, add water with spices or other liquids to the sides of the lower inner container, add your favorite herbs or cloves of garlic. Dishes cooked in this way will acquire a delicate taste, be juicy and soft. You can also bake potatoes in foil on the sides of the inner container.
- Smoking: pour wood shavings, pieces directly onto the heat source: briquettes or tablets. If you want to add chips less often or have a long but light wood smoke, wrap the chips in foil and poke holes. Place the foil on the charcoal briquettes.
- End of cooking: Use the lift handle to remove the tray with the remaining hot briquettes/tablet. After pulling them to the side, put them out: fill them with water or bury them with sand. You can immediately put the grill in your bag or take it in your hands and carry it home.
- Cleaning. The charcoal grill COBB Pro is easy to maintain: the fat released from the steaks runs into a special groove in the inner container. If you cover the inner container with foil, the fat that runs off will not get on the inner container. After baking, you only need to remove the foil and replace it with a new one. The grill, except for the Gridle+ flat, can be washed in the dishwasher. You can also choose quality cleaners for stainless steel. We recommend it GRANITE.
