• Establishment: Tanning sticks are placed at the bottom of the inner container, in the central part. Above them, we remove the briquettes / COBB Cobblestone tablet in the herd. After briquettes / COBB Cobblestone burns (turns white, no longer emits smoke), the selected planes can be placed and the lid covered. Leave the cooking surface for heating and only then add the selected meat, fish or vegetables to the grill.
• Baking: The COBB grill can be grilled in both "dry" and "wet" ways. Dry roasting is a common method of grilling. When baking wet, add water with spices or other liquids to the sides of the lower inner container. Dishes cooked in this way will acquire a delicate taste, be juicy and soft. You can also bake potatoes in foil on the sides of the inner container and thus make maximum use of the grill volume.
• Smoking: pour wood shavings, pieces directly onto the heat source: briquettes or tablets. If you want to add chips less often, wrap the chips in foil and poke holes. Place the foil on the charcoal briquettes.
• End of cooking: Use the supplied universal lift handle to remove the tray with the remaining hot briquettes/tablet. After pulling them to the side, cover them: fill them with water or bury them with sand. You can immediately put the grill in the bag and carry it home.
• Cleaning. COBB is easy to maintain: the fat released from the steaks runs into a special groove. If you cover the groove with foil, the running fat will not get on the inner dish. After baking, you only need to remove the foil and replace it with a new one. You can wash the grill in the dishwasher, except for the universal plate.
